Email help@lumipixlabs.com or call 7984837468. There is no contact form on this site, so a message sent to that email is the request of record. Include enough detail that we can find the account without asking you to send a photograph again.
- The email address on your LumipixLabs account.
- Whether the question is about an edit, a purchase, a refund, or your personal data.
- For a payment: the amount, the date, the pack name (Starter, Photographer, or Studio), and the payment reference from your bank or the payment gateway.
- For an edit: the project name and what you expected to happen. Do not send card numbers, CVV, or passwords.
We aim to reply within two business days. Refund requests are handled under the refund and cancellation policy. Privacy and deletion requests are handled under the privacy policy.
What support covers
- Signing in, account email, and credit balance questions.
- A purchase that was charged and did not add credits, or a charge that appears twice.
- A generation that failed, including confirmation that those credits were not kept.
- Access, correction, or erasure of account data, sent to the grievance officer named above.
Support does not include retouching your client files by hand, recovering a photograph you deleted, or changing the public prices listed on the pricing page.
